Known as a French-owned company established in Vietnam since 2004 and as a subsidiary of Apple Tree Group, The Bamboo Factory - the biggest manufacturers in this special industry in Vietnam designs, manufactures and markets all applications of Vietnamese bamboo.

Our bamboo (specie “Luong” - Scientific name Dendrocalamus Membranaceus Munro) is planted at the Vietnam-Lao border, where we encourage the cultivation and reforestation of local farmers along with other NGOs and funds.

Then, at our factory in Hai Duong, we develop a wide range of products in accordance with international quality standards. The products meet the increasing market demands which more and more focus on environmental issues, especially in Europe and North America.

Furthermore, our products are highly valued and appreciated thanks to its trendy and nice appearance. We also use bamboo as a renewable resource and we have conducted many activities contributing to sustainable development, environmentally friendly products and social benefits.

The Bamboo Factory is part of World Bank program to ensure forest plantation, farmer’s education and income, tracking of bamboo... We control bamboo resources from farmers and traders and we gain certificates of bamboo from cultivated forest from Local Administrations and Forest Control Authority...
